The retreat is very open and welcomes international participants, providing everyone with a warm and homely backdrop.
Absolutely. The retreat's focus is well-being and relaxation, and one is free to participate as per their comfort levels.
Yes, we do have some limited Wi-Fi, but to get the full experience, we would encourage you to reduce your screen time.
Comfortable yoga wear, light warm clothes for mornings and evenings, and walking shoes are recommended.
Many participants feel more relaxed, focused, and energized even within a short duration of the retreat.
