Embark on a life-changing journey with our 300 Hour Multi-Style Yoga Teacher Training in Nepal, held in the spiritual and breathtaking surroundings of Pokhara in the Himalayan foothills. This advanced course is designed for certified yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners who wish to deepen their knowledge, refine their teaching skills, and expand their understanding of multiple yoga styles.
Nepal has long been revered as one of the most spiritually powerful destinations in the world. Practicing yoga in its Himalayan valleys — surrounded by ancient monasteries, snow-capped peaks, and pristine rivers — creates an unparalleled environment for inner transformation and advanced yogic study.
Our 300-hour program follows the Yoga Alliance USA curriculum standards and covers Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin yoga, anatomy, physiology, yoga philosophy, pranayama, and advanced meditation practices. Upon successful completion, you will receive an internationally recognized 300-hour Yoga Alliance certificate.
Vyasa Yoga Peeth has been nurturing aspiring yoga teachers for over a decade. Our faculty includes highly experienced and Yoga Alliance-registered teachers with deep expertise in classical and contemporary yoga traditions. Nepal's calm and sacred energy amplifies the learning experience in ways that no urban yoga studio can replicate.
Our small batch sizes ensure personalized attention and a strong sense of community among participants. The program is structured to balance rigorous academic learning with immersive practice, giving you both the theoretical foundation and the practical confidence to teach with authenticity and skill.
Whether you are looking to add a 300-hour certification to your 200-hour RYT, or you want to elevate your personal yoga practice, this program offers the complete transformative experience you are seeking.
