  • Proceed for breakfast 9:00 am
  • Theory class on yoga 10:00-12:00 pm
  • Personal practice and lunch session 12:00 -3:00 pm
  • Group discussion on various yoga related topics 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm
  • Yoga practice & meditation 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm
  • Personal practice or work 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm
  • Dinner 8:00 pm to 9:00pm
