15 Days Advanced Intensive Course, Rishikesh

Vyasa Yoga Peeth offers 15 days advanced intensive course that comprises of vast study and practice of the traditional art discovered and developed in ancient India. In this course the topics taught and discussed are almost similar to other courses but have some modifications to accommodate it in fast learning technique. The Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary series, the Inner and External Pranayama series, Sivananda Yoga, Classical Hatha Yoga and all other practices are done intensively in short time.

The yoga therapy and cleansing taught here helps in overcoming common diseases. The deep meditation part also helps in getting enlightenment and keeping fresh and fit. Amid fast and competitive world when we love to sleep late and wake up late in the morning, the 15 days yoga training course also makes you practice waking up early in the morning at around 5:30 a.m. and sleeping before 10:00 p.m. as the meditation time starts at 6 in the morning and dinner is given by 9 at night. The herbal tea and Ayurveda meals are also part of the training to help you eat and drink natural food. This further helps in keeping the body and mind fit.
